Bio
Richard completed a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at Brigham Young University in 2015, where he researched the resolution enhancement of ASCAT backscatter data. Richard has been with Remote Sensing Systems since 2016 and is currently analyzing SST retrievals from VIIRS and AMSR-2.
